Shopping Clearance at Target Tips

It’s not news that to save money you should shop at the clearance racks. Many of us go into stores, like Target, and immediately look for those big red and white signs that say “30% off” “50% off” and (wahoo!) “70% off.” But did you know Target also puts clearance items on shelves in between the regular priced items? Maybe you do. You’ll see yellow “price cut” tags and red “clearance” signs on the shelves. Know where else to find clearance items? The store edge end caps. If you walk the perimeter of your store you will find shelf after shelf of random items with clearance tags on them. I’ve found anything from discounted party ware, crazy cheap wrapping paper, discounted makeup, out of season styled diapers (remember those cute santa and jean styles?), kids books, coffee etc etc. The list goes on and on so if you don’t take the time to check out the end caps, make sure you do now!

But…it doesn’t stop there. Did you know that the DAY you shop matters? Did you know there is a way to find out if the item you want will go cheaper? Instead of telling you myself, check out this Krazy Coupon Lady video. She spells it out perfectly, easily and I just couldn’t do it better.

Knowledge is power and well, know you know how to shop Target better ๐Ÿ™‚
