In the Kitchen Intro

“In the Kitchen” is a category dedicated to, you guessed it, my kitchen! I love cooking, I love baking and I love all of those fun kitchen gadgets but I realize not everyone does. The thing is, you don’t have to love your kitchen or even cooking in order to provide healthy food for your family. True health starts with the foods you cook and the decisions you make in the grocery store. I spend many hours each week dedicated to learning more about health and food, discovering and trying new recipes, and trying my best to learn what’s REALLY in the foods I’m buying at the store. It’s my passion and I look forward to sharing everything I learn with you here in In the Kitchen.

Here is a bit of what you can expect:

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all for take-out and frozen meals, especially when life gets crazy – but I just don’t believe it should be the norm in any house. You and your family’s health are worth the effort!
